As we continue to try and grow in a competitive saturated technical market, it is very easy for us to take our eyes off the ball and simply concentrate on getting all our printing out on time, with happy customers, but miss enquiries here and there.
Continuing to monitor our live chat, facebook messenger, emails and obviously our phone calls can put a strain on how fast we can answer everything as quickly and professionally as our customers expect.
With so much technology on offer it is hard to know what is real and what is a Bot. Well, our customers can take confidence in the fact that we try our best to be the person on the end of the line or even the speech bubble.
